Shipping & Returns

Fast dispatch, pan-India delivery, and a no-stress return window.

🚚 Shipping

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery: 4–8 business days across India after dispatch.
  • Charges: Flat ₹79 shipping. Free on orders over ₹1,499.
  • Tracking: A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp once your order ships.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

  • Window: 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact.
  • Exchanges: Free size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

How to start a return

  1. 1 Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and reason.
  2. 2 We'll share a return address and pickup details.
  3. 3 Pack the item with its tags and ship it back.
  4. 4 Once received and checked, your refund or exchange is processed.

Please note

Items on final sale, innerwear, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return. Slight variations in print and colour are part of the hand-finished, washed-premium process and are not considered defects.
